How to connect my camera through HDMI in to my laptop and brand it recognise it as a webcam?

I would say that is the fashion with audio ports as well, but the 3.5 jacks can be assigned equally a headphone/speaker out or mic/line in input.
On about annihilation else though audio ports are strictly an input or an output also.
